I closed the browser window by mistake as IRIS was still uploading my test video. What do I do?

  1. Please re-open the browser you were previously using for your examination.
  2. Ensure you are logged into the learning management system you normally use (Moodle, Canvas, etc.)
  3. Right click on the IRIS extension in the top right corner of your browser and click on “Finalize Recordings.”
